Ron Deemer - Owner, President of Operations

Mr. Deemer's business experience includes three years in the advertising & marketing field and thirteen years of working in the accounting & financial analysis field. Mr. Deemer did consulting work for Fortune 100 companies and specialized in managing enterprise-wide project initiatives, improving process efficiency, and customer relations. His primary role in consulting, which is very applicable to serving customers in all fields, was to:
          1. Understand the customer needs
          2. Create a project plan to address
          3. Select the team members based on their skills; match skills to the client's objectives
          4. Orient the team to the project details
          5. Manage the team and project, while being the point person for the customer throughout the project.

He was extremely successful in these roles and received many awards for leadership, customer service, and being results oriented throughout his corporate career.

In 1999, After years of work-related travel, Mr. Deemer decided to develop a home remodeling/home care business in Atlanta where he could use this same approach to attract and retain satisfied customers. The new company, Superior Home Care Services, began operations with the sole focus of providing superior service, superior workmanship, and superior results.

Mr Deemer's business model is that a customer is a customer for life! What this means is that Superior Home Care Services is driven by a customer-oriented approach which begins by understanding the customer's needs, then selecting the work team based on the customer's needs and the team-member's skills, and then managing the projects until the customer is completely satisfied.

As President of Operations, Mr. Deemer's primary role involves running the business in the areas of finance, advertising, and most importantly - customer relations. Reporting directly to Mr. Deemer are the general contractors - all of which bring a wealth of industry experience to the team. Other members of the team include licensed specialists in the areas of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other areas within the home remodeling/home care field. Mr. Deemer only hires individuals whom are skilled in the areas of home remodeling/home care AND customer service.
