The International Construction Institute (ICIn) is a consulting and research organisation specialising in conducting pre-investment researches and managing investments projects in different areas of RF and CIS economy.
The ICIn was founded with the support of the Government of the USSR (The USSR Council of Ministers Decree of 01.02.91 "Of the International Construction Institute" The founders of the ICIn are: Russian Academy Of Sciences, Academy Of National Economy under the RF Government, Bank Agricola Mantovana (Italy), The Foreign trade company V/O "Technopromexport" of the RF Ministry of Foreign trade relations, the International union of constructors, the USSR State committee on construction.
